so it has been a crazy couple of weeks going in and out of the hospital to visit my grandfather!!! And he is finally coming home on Friday!!! He had another 2 heart attacks when he was in the hospital and the second one was just after they put in the defribulator which was supposed to stop him having having any more

It's great that your grandpa is coming home Kirsty, and I hope everything goes well with his recovery.

It sucks that you're going to be so busy at work. It's a shame one mistake (albeit a big one) is going to get the poor girl demoted. She must feel terrible... and then of course it all affects you and the other staff. Bummer.
