Aaaaawwwww! Excellent fill for the prompt. And it's extremly plausible that Jim would have a kid he didn't know about.

Hey! You guessed it.
I loved this. I read it, and then read it again, and then read it again.
I love the emotion, and the way you characterized their relationship (or lack of one until now). I could feel Jim's sorrow, and for me, that marks a good fic. Thank you for sharing this with us, and I don't even mind using up all the tissues in my packet :P

Thanks, I'm glad you liked it.

There is just something about Jim being a dad and having a family that calls to me. I've got over 200,000 written words to prove it. One of these days I'll get them on Livejournal, but there are soooo many chapters and so little time!

Oooh! I look forward to reading them if you ever post them :D
I also love the concept of Jim having a family! I feel like writing a story where he's with a girl and she gets pregnant (whether it be on Enterprise or not) and he keeps the baby and is all possessive and ---I just want to see that, because it's rare that I find a well written Jim/Female fic (I'm a picky reader, I know).
I definitely liked this fic! I can't wait to read more!

LOL - my 200,000 words are posted - on Fanfiction.net and they are about Jim getting someone pregnant and them raising the baby. :-) DOn't know if you knew that or not - it's hard having two conversations going on two sites!

If you have the inspiration please, please write a fic with Jim/OFC! My beta and I will love you for it. I love Jim/Bones, but there aren't enough Jim Het fics and I'm a sucker for a kid or baby in the story!

Now, I'll stop bothering you so you can write more!
