And hey, do you find Arnie action films from the 80s (like Predator, and COmmando) to be therapeutic too? I replay some of the more glorious scenes of terribly unlikely amounts of testosterone to make myself feel somehow... cleansed.

I actually have not seen those...but the Terminator I and II, baby. Those rock. My husband and I actually own II on DVD. Also, Aliens is an excellent choice for cleansing. : )
