Long Tails & Ears For Hats
► Wizard World Ohio is over and John's back home. He sent me a scan of my Josie (from Josie and the PussycatsDan Parent. I think it's swell!
Now it's just a matter of waiting for Robert Atkins to send John my finished sketches so that John in turn can send me all of my drawings and tradepaperbacks. I figure it will be at least a month before I have any of this stuff in my hands.
► In what may be another example of my irresponsibility, using some of the money I received from a small savings that paid out this weekend I finally bought the Superman Hot Toys doll. All of the websites that have it either just sold out or won't ship it outside of the continental US. Yesterday morning, however, I found a few copies on Ebay and bought one from a seller with a 100% rating on more than 1000 sales. After hemming and hawing all day I finally ordered it in the evening. I've wanted this doll for almost two years now, and simply could not pass up the opportunity to finally get it while I very briefly had the means.
I'm going to be anxiously awaiting this for the next couple of weeks.
