I know... it's been awhile. I guess I've kind of given up on LiveJournal for the time being. Whether it's permanent or not, I don't know. I think my posts and all of the stuff I put into them just became a bit of a hassle and more trouble than they were worth to me, especially since I was no longer getting comments

I used to be afraid to get outside, didn't hang out with friends - and usually passed every Facebook occasion request by. But those days are over from the time I got a punching bag stand! It is very easy and fun to sort out today. It actually motivated me to use the gymnasium and to swim.

I really like my punching bag stand and wouldn't trade it for anything because it allows me to get all my emotions out and obtain a great exercise at the same time frame.
