So with work and stress getting every last thing done, sleep has been an issue. So, Sean and I bought some sleep aid pills yesterday. Melatonin and Ginko Bilboba, which are both herbal and natural off the shelf pills. We each took one melatonin, and I also took a dose of Ginko. This morning was not pretty.
