i wish i knew how to speak icelandic.

and i wish that insurance companies weren't such a royal pain.

i've missed driving. i like it a lot. i like driving around town with my windows down and the radio on. it's been voltaire and the rasmus recently.

"hallo elskan min." i wish i spoke icelandic. so beautiful, yet so inscrutible.

listen to sigur ros! the icelandic is so beautiful when it's sung that you don't even want to know what they're saying because it definitely won't be as beautiful in english.

i actually have one of their albums. i like them a lot.

*laughs* the rasmus is finnish but they sing in english. and it's voltaire who sings in icelandic (which is a feat for a cuban immigrant reared in new york city).
