There are metals in deo. Aluminium is actually very corrosive and if it enters the blood stream, its not good. I have a feeling that since the kidneys are the organs that remove waste from the blood faulty kidneys may not remove the alumnium from the blood and that may obstruct the capacity of blood to carry oxygen.....and death.

=P this is a wild guess, but i would bet that i am partially right.

Actually you're pretty much there. A miniscule amount of deodorant will get into the blood stream, once absorbed into the skin. This means some of those nasty metals will be in the blood (not to be confused with the ever polite and kind metals like iron, who will help the elderly blood vessels cross the arteries). Metals also take one hell of a time to pass through the kidney. Kidney disease lessens the ability for the kidneys to do this. Hence there would be a buildup in the kidney which would lead to kidney failure. This could lead to death, if untreated. QED. :)
