The guy that go the promotion over me a few months back, got another one. I've gotten none.
Initially, I wasn't surprised.
I also wasn't pissed.

Job Hunting
It has begun!
We'll see how this pans out, since I'm going for a job in the government segment and not commerical.
Job #1 - Wastewater Support Specialist (yes, a Shit Specialist). Has a 4/10 schedule - woot! I like.

It is Tuesday.
And still I'm waiting on my new manager.
Sort of the story of my career here...waiting on her.
Still no plan document to "fix" me. lol.
And I'm being so damn nice and interested...
Where's my goddamn Oscar!?! (and the swag, I really want the swag!).

That is about all I have to say on that subject.
Had my meeting today and you would have thought I was the worse employee that ever lived. Here are the highlights:
1) My review that was done in June? They (my manager and the next level up) hated it. She indicated that I was scored way too high.

1) I had the meeting with my former manager on Tuesday and she had NO IDEA what my new manager is even talking about.
Okay, I have no reason not to believe her either...
2) My meeting with my new manager still hasn't happened...maybe tomorrow. Who knows?!

I put the meeting off until Monday.
I have better things to do at 4pm on a Friday afternoon than get more pissed off.
I'm going to go see the Torchlight Parade Saturday.

Now I'm Pissed!
A while back, about 4-5 months ago, I was passed over for a promotion. While a bummer, not the end of the world. The person who got the promotion has done a fantastic job and for that I'm glad for them.
As much as I told myself I would NOT disect the situation, it seems now I have no choice.
