I used to hate March Madness. Back when I had a dial-up connection, I had to watch 100 college basketball scores on the ESPN or Headline News sports ticker before the NBA scores came up. I have never really been interested in college basketball. The games this year, like the recent Duke-UNC game, have changed my mind.

NCAA tournament bids and bubble teams fighting for positions, teams like Niagara making rare tournament appearances, and the LSU Tigers shoving there way into the tourney. The NCAA tournament is full of success stories and surprises, not to mention the upsets, the rivalries, comebacks, and buzzer beaters.

Switching gears, due to popular demand I have been asked to talk about nutrition applied to sports. What better way than talking about the cafeteria food.
