Just a friendly little warning to some of the locals!

Some of you when visiting may occasionally stop at the White Hen Pantry at North Ave and 83, for gas or snacks. It is my recommendation that you no longer do so. genet stopped there this morning, for gas and a soda. This is normal enough; we're nearly regulars there, living fairly close by

The Shell (which is now a Phillips 66) on US 12 and Volo Village Road in Volo pulled off something similar, claiming when I went to pay for gas that they did not charge me for gas the last time I stopped there to buy gas and snacks and threaten to have me arrested.

I never shop there anymore.

I know that station, we pass it all the time on the way to staff meetings! Have even stopped there a time or two. Think we'll be avoiding that one now, too!

Hope you got a receipt for the extra paid amounts. I would certainly go back there to talk to the owner to complain. Making a threat to call the police like that is illegal and I think they need to prove it, else you could turn the tables and "suggest" (not threaten) legal action. Make a big deal about it.

Call corporate immediately. If you have the clerk's name, you can likely get them written up not only for bad customer service, but possibly for simple assault.
