Don't feel bad about not washing your hair all the time. If you do, it strips your hair of it's natural nutrients. I was mine every other day. My color lasts longer too that way. Haha.

I wash my hair every two to three days usually. Very seldom to I wash it two days in a row. Sometimes, like maybe if I sweat and then later smell like smoke from the campfire. Hm.. what time do you have lunch on Tues/Th?
