thoughts that i ponder (and you should too), usually on a daily basics: (p.s. its 2 a.m. and im bored and if your bored too you should attempt to read this all.)

the saying "ignorance is bliss" i hate that saying. whoever made that up should rot in hell, why would you ever want to be ignorant if you could be intelligent? its the stupidest thing ( Read more... )

i agree with you on most of this... but i think with the saying that ignorance is bliss they are referring more to the fact that the less you know, the less bad things you realize there are... kind of like childhood, u didnt really realize that there was that many bad things out there, adn even if you did then it didnt really register, so most children are relatively happy, unless you had a really messed up child hood ( ... )

why do some people hate bush so much? <-- i'm thinking it's mostlyyy the anti-war people. which there seems to be an influx of lately. or, they just like to contradict themselves and make a case.

but one thing i cannot stand are people who don't seem to consider things (like you did with the whole economy bit and comparison to clinton, thumbs up) and just accept them as they are, politically. ughh i don't know they just seem to remind me of poor little brainwashed souls.

and i'm all for paying teachers more than movie stars - after all, they do have to put up with all of us. xp
