Moving out is expensive hun. Just forewarning you. I've been looking and the cheapest studio apartment around is like 500 bucks a month. Most are 600-650. And thats a studio. 1 bedrooms start at like 750 and go up from there. I want to move out in the worst way as well, and if this motorcycle thing doesn't work out, I may be able to sooner. But I'm still trying to figure out how i can make ends meet. You got food, internet, heat, electricity, ect. That you gotta come up with on top of the monthly payments.
That said, if you need any help of any kinds whatsoever, let me know. If I could afford to move out, I would in a heartbeat and give you a place to stay. You deserve much better then what you have now!
yeah, i know its expensive, i am saving money and i need to work more hours, the only issue is school. my parents pay for it now, and i dont know if they will if i move out.
There are a million student loans out there that don't start till after you graduate. Don't ever worry about paying for school. Go talk to your financial aid officer if you have any questions, or give me a call. I know quite a bit from jumping through all the hoops many times. You can also take out extra money in student loans if you decide to move out to have some spare money in a savings, just in case something goes wrong. Don't take out money to pay your rent for x amount of months, take it out and put it in a savings and get a place you can afford. Trust me, things will work out better that way.
Again, if you have any questions or whatever, just give me a call and I'll try to explain things and let you know what I do. It's possible, but it won't be easy. :-) *hugs*
I just read above about the school thing: You don't even have to get loans, look into getting some grants. That's how my mom got through school. There are soooo many grants that people never ever apply for. Ask the school about applying for some, it's better than a loan and if all else fails, get a loan. It is expensive to move out like that person said but it looks like you are about ready to move out and set on the idea. Call me if you need anything at all. A place to crash, someone to talk to, anything!
Aw. Pookie. I'm assuming the talk didn't go well last night, huh? If you need to talk to me I am right down the street and only a phonecall away. You can always crash on my floor if you need it. Good luck with the apartment thing, too. Love you, peaches!
