So I like the show..

But tonight they picked on a Stereotype and fraudulently displayed Wicca as a religion in which its practitioners can and do caste "Death Spells."

There was at one time. The problem is that Wicca as a term is now used as the generic for what used to be called Modern Paganism(which usedto be called Eclectic Wicca by only it's Adherents....I'm just too bloody old!). Unlike Wicca(as an ex Alexandrian such as meself would define it)MP is anything someone wishes it to be...which includes Death Spells. Starhawk Herself used to do them against Rapists , Republicans and other penis-bearing evil-doers in big Rites down on the waterfront in San Francisco. Your personal form or the one you were Initiated in may not use Death Spells or such but other Pagans have no problem doing so...

Unfortunately stereotypes exist and they seem to have no problem stepping up to the place to embarrass everyone else. Think I blame CBS less than the guest.
