Advent Children
Okay, so I finally got around to watching FF7 Advent Children in English and...
Cloud - Loved his voice actor. His voice was somber and smooth and emo and perfect for Cloud. Very Much Like.
Vincent - I thought it was a liiiiittle bit too deep. However, he was voiced by Steve Blum (Spike Spiegel, Shishio, etc), so I was sorta happy with that. A bit too deep for my tastes, however, at least he didint have some transylvanian accent or SOMETHING.
Cait Sith - Speaking of accents. SCOTTISH? WUT? I was soooo not prepared for that.
RedXIII - BRITISH ACCENT? Okay, I laughed haaaaaaaaaaard. Of course, he gets to sound the most intelligent out of all of them, huh? And he only had one line.
Cid - Okay, I kinda liked how they gave him a southern accent. It's almost endearing in a way and plus, I can hear him saying SIT YER ASS DOWN AND DRINK YER GODDAMN TEA in that voice. So awesome.
Kadaj - He sounded a lot like Morikubo-- it's nice to have a really good English actor equivalent to him.
Everyone else: kinda generic sounding but yanno, at least they all weren't terrible. Aeris was a little bit bland, I thought, but that's okay. We don't care abouts herz!!
Overall, pretty good VAing.
Almost allllmost tempted to play Dirge of Cerebus but we all know I would not make it through that without killing myself. Sigh.
