Ok,

1)I go to Pennsic and pass a Kidney stone.

2) I get home from Pennsic to find my Basement full of sewage.

3) I get home from a Demo today to find my Living room roof leaking.

Enough please.

Told Tib's but just in case it doesn't trickle down to you. New tenant upstairs is really young and needed to mop up her floor, she dumped 3 buckets of water on the floor and then tried to sop it up,2 1/2 buckets of water ended up in my living room...sigh!

No, luckily it had just started to drip and hadn't gotten to my couch , just the coffee table.
