Since Twitter seems to be down, I'll just go ahead and sing the praises of Smitten Kitchen's Quiche Lorraine recipe. It's omg so delicious. My bottom crust was soft (I think cause I had it too high up in the oven- also I used a frozen pie crust cause pastry is a bitch), but I put it back in after cutting the first slice, closer to the bottom burner ( Read more... ) -

Apparently it's been about 2 months since I've posted. I am slowly catching up with everyone's journals. Mostly while driving to/from work... Currently I'm doing about 70mph on the Beltway. It lessens my road rage, honestly. Being slightly distracted keeps me from wanting to ram my vehicular bound brethren. And now we're up to 80mph. It's prolly ( Read more... ) -
