I really should be asleep right now since I have work at 9am tomorrow and I am tired, but my mind is still awake and raring to go.  Wednesday night Catherine made an unexpected, delicious and romantic dinner for us.  Thanks again...you can do it a lot this year with our apartment stove :)  It would probably be the only use it gets.
