1. What did you do in 2007 that you'd never done before?
Lived in a state other than Michigan, lived in an apartment, lived in a co-op

I don't think I made any, and no, I probably won't make any for next year

A little bit of free time

lots … but a couple off the top of my head
- May 10 (moved to Chicago)
- birthday weekend (Pitchfork Music Fest, friends visiting my apt.)
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
getting published in and taking a job at a magazine, covering lollapalooza
9. What was your biggest failure?
my job at the state news last semester
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
got sick a couple of times but nothing horrible

new computer, my so-called life DVDs

lots of people?

computer (still paying it off!), living in chicago

moving to chicago, venus, pitchfork, lollapalooza

hmmm … honestly, i don't remember. i'll go with happier because last year i was more excited to go back to TSN

i haven't noticed much but a lot of people said i looked like i lost weight when i was home during break, so i'll go with thinner
iii. richer or poorer?
well, i made more money this year, spent it all in chicago, then made even more money and spent it on a computer … so overall maybe poorer

stuff that wasn't work

spent it at my brother's house in the morning/early afternoon, then my family went to iain's for dinner, then i saw juno (for the second time) with mike

HA. that's a good one.

errr not quite

didn't watch a lot of tv, but considering in four days i watched more than 20 hours of my so-called life, i'll have to go with that.

not hate, but perhaps like less than i did last year?

i'm not sure i read any books that weren't for school, but i re-read the phantom tollbooth, which is my favorite book

LCD SOUNDSYSTEM, hands down.

an amazing summer in chicago, f&p reporter for next semester

lots of stuff

I turned 20 and had a bunch of friends staying at my apartment in Chicago. To celebrate we had a super drunk fest the night before my bday, then went to Pitchfork Music Fest on my birthday and the day after
31. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
more free time

don't think it's much different than it ever has been?

music, thinking, friends, family

pretty much everyone when i was in chicago, and chicago people after i left

i met a lottt of people but to name a couple, carlye and mike hogan
