What a terrific experience. Such a different vibe from my last visit to japan when I mostly stayed in Tokyo.. Found more Green Tea KitKats and
couldn't believe how wonderful both the downtown area, and 'burbs of Kyoto were.
Tranquil and wonderfully peaceful, and so needed the break..

Those are some cute pix, Rose! - And, of course, some magnificent ones . . .
Glad you got a photo of the dolls at the gates of Tenshi-no-Sato before Kisho took a header. (Gotta love VOLKS resin!)
The guy I brought back Kit-Kats for is a very fussy eater - and he loves 'em!
