Ugh. Without riding, I have nothing to say. I don't DO anything!! I am remarkably boring!! Getting back into riding come spring will be helpful in more than just preserving-my-sanity

I miss your posts!!!

I'm going to be starting riding soonish as well... I think I'm even going to say fuck it and just deal with the cold.

It's been chilly out, but I can't complain about it. I've been dressing appropriately so it's fine when I'm outdoors, but I do find the house too chilly for my liking. I wish I had a wood stove to sit by! My hands and feet are always cold indoors, which is no fun.

I'm excited too! I'm going to call around and see what sounds best as soon as I know when my wheels are arriving.

It's the only think I dislike about winter - being cold indoors. Well, that and parking a vehicle outside.

I find it so hard to post in January. Every day is grey. Some days are wet. Some days are cold. Some are both.

EXACTLY. And it's smack in the middle of winter - the end is so far away. February is awful, but at least you can think "Ok, march won't be as bad. I just need to get through it.
In Jan, winter stretches endlessly ahead!
