How do you defend Anderson?
1. Litter and destruction of property
2. Murder
3. Violence against police officers and/or military
4. Slander

Against criminal and civil charges the following defenses could be plausibly raised.
1: Diplomatic Immunity
2: Insanity
3: Defense against Aggression
Self Defense
Defense of others
Prevention of dangerous felonies
4: Necessity
5: Brainwashing or coercive persuasion
6: Authority of Law
7: Contributory or Comparative Negligence (depending on the jurisdiction)
8: Assumption of Risk
9: Vampires are not people under the law thus have no right or cause of action except perhaps as a property interest of the Hellsing organization
10: Slander requires proof of specific pecuniary loss unless the slander a) exposes the subject to criminal prosecution b) causes the subject to be excluded from society c) affects the subject in their business trade or profession or d)alleges adultery or fornication
