Michael W. Smith- "In the Bleak Midwinter" (there are many other versions of this song, for instance if you want one with words, try Liz Story)
Il est Né le Divin Enfant. Not sure who actually sings this, although it's a pretty popular French tune so it shouldn't be hard to find.
Michael W. Smith- "All is Well"
Louis Armstrong- "Cool Yule"
Louis Armstrong and Ella Fitzgerald- "Baby, It's Cold Outside" (however, must get the original Ella and Louis song or it just isn't good).

Any of the songs from the Nutcracker Suite, not just Dance of the Sugarplum Fiary, by Tchaikovsky, are Christmas classics!
