Christmas Day - Dido
Another Auld Lang Syne - Dan Fogelberg.

Michael W. Smith- "In the Bleak Midwinter" (there are many other versions of this song, for instance if you want one with words, try Liz Story)
Il est Né le Divin Enfant. Not sure who actually sings this, although it's a pretty popular French tune so it shouldn't be hard to find.

Louis Armstrong- "Cool Yule"
Louis Armstrong and Ella Fitzgerald- "Baby, It's Cold Outside" (however, must get the original Ella and Louis song or it just isn't good).

Well, anything by the Trans Siberian Orchestra is wonderful.
