You go girl! I recently decided I didn't want to die of a heart attack before age 40 (I'm 32 now) so I joined a gym and hired a trainer (I know, been there, done that). Anyway, impressively for me I've been there all bu two days in the last 2 weeks...and I'm actually working out when I go. So... good luck you crazy bitch. You'll do great.
