Eh, okay, maybe, but your facial structure is no where near Kiefer's. Maybe if they want to claim you were cosplaying Bauer, sure. *grin* He wears stuff like that for the cold season.

I can sorta see why they might say that... you got the right hair color/style, slight bit scruffy sometimes, but the face and the build are all wrong.
