Over the summer, I started my first student teaching experience. It was for 6 weeks at a school in Dayton. Three days ago, I started my second student teaching experience at a school closer to my home. I did an observation (one or two days a week for a month?) at one of the Dayton middle schools when I was still in uni. I realized then that urban schools were not for me. (Being from a rural school, I was pretty sure that was the case, but it was good to have it confirmed before I got into the profession).

I would recommend that you lock your posts about student teaching, just to be on the safe side. Some future employers might even look aghast at you even posting about teaching, even if you keep the names on the QT. (You'll notice I rarely post about my job. I stick to the positive - and there's definitely a lot of positive - when I do post.)

BTW, I look forward to reading your posts. I can't believe I've been in the biz for over 16 years already...
