Business is great, actually! I'm getting a lot of work all around Neon, and this repair business is doing great so far!

Noelle's doing alright. I'm doing all I can to take care of her. Not that she isn't taking care of me as much as I'm taking care of her...

I feel a little out of the loop in the digital world, but at least some of the things that're going on don't seem to involve people from Auldrant.

I've been alright, though I wish you all could've stayed with use longer. Noelle's been doing well, too. Everyone here has been. Have you all been well since you left?

I've been thinking of renting some space for projects, but I don't have a lot of extra cash on hand.

How much are you charging?

Well, I never intended to charge much for the space...just as much as you can pay while still living comfortably. I don't want anyone to have to sacrifice anything in order to have work and living space here.

Well, I probably won't be living there much. I'm sharing an apartment with friends in Tetha, but there isn't any room there for working on projects.

And I'll probably be sharing the workspace with my girlfriend. I know she's missed having a lab to work in.

That wont be a problem. Both floors can be converted into lab space, and either one can have a bed hidden away for if you need it.
