ok....so my insomnia is apparently worsening...instead of 20mg im up to 30mg....its insane because 20mg is a huge amount...but yeah this time it really sucks...bare with me my friends if im extra cranky or an asshole...

dude i think im becoming an insomniac, i cant sleep for shit, ever, tired all day then up all night it is nuts, i could take meletonin but then i would feel hung over in the morning
