I smell like beer and cigaretts

I went to the gym! I ran (hard) an extra 5 minutes, I did an extra 10 push ups, an extra 5 leg raises, and and extra 50 sit ups. I feel really good. I randomly watch the wedding stories on TLC and the Food Network and lately everytime I see them I just end up crying! I'm such a baby, but it's great.

It was good, Liisa and I left Peterborough at 6pm and arrived at Gavin and Vicky's at 7:30pm. Record breaking time, considering it's normally a 2 & 1/2 hour drive. Gavin and Vicky had an Hawaiian themed party (damn never speak of coconut in my presence ever), I had too many shoots, but I got to see my Ali and that made it all good. I really hate cheeze whiz!

On a lighter note, I actually was able to eat today! A hand full of cheerios and 1/2 a peach!

So I heard on the news today that Steve Irwin has died. He was swimming in the great barrier reef and swam over top of a giant sting ray which stabbed him in the chest with its pointy tail and punctured his heart. It's really sad leaving behind a wife and two kids, and I'll always feel bad when I make fun of Aussies.

My chest hurts, it's hard to breath and i think I'm going to die.
