Twelve Christmas trees.
Penny stood staring in disbelief at the sight. She couldn't understand why Percy would get her that many trees. They already had one inside. She turned and looked at him. "Why?"
He smiled broadly. "You've been singing that Twelve Days of Christmas. I thought you would like the things from the song. I couldn't get pear trees or the other things. I hope the trees are enough?"
She smiled. "It's just a silly song I like to sing. Thank you, it was sweet of you." She kissed him and leaned into him and looked at her trees.
