Severus knew even after her Christmas wedding, Narcissa would ache for him still. This would not be their last night together.
In her candlelit bedchamber, she reached for him, and he noticed a spark from her wrist. He caught it and removed the diamond bracelet studded with Malfoy emeralds.
Narcissa’s eyes glittered with curiosity.
Deftly, he loosened the knot securing her robe, and it floated to the floor, baring her pearl-white skin. He drew the shimmering gems over her pert nipple, causing the breath to catch in her throat. He bent his head, bracelet’s touch replaced by his tongue’s caress.
