Well, I won't be heading to Austin anytime soon. The position I applied for was filled internally. Hogwash!!! I'm probably more qualified. Screw it! Texas is too hot anyways.

Just a little insight... 90% of the job postings you see will always be filled internally as the postings purpose is only to satisfy EOE requirements.

I'm just upset cause I spoke with someone in person and they gave me false hope. The guy told me I was defintely qualified and he seemed excited talking with me. He passed my resume along and I heard from the Operations Manager, but was waiting to hear from the PD. Blah :(
