i woke up from my nap this afternoon to a charlie horse in my calf. i seriously thought i was going to die for about 5 minutes there. i freaked out and almost fainted but instead i got sick. that was like 2 hours ago and my leg still feels as if it will cramp up again any second. ive taken a hot bath and stretched and massaged and i cannot stop

just relax. it will go away soon. i get charlie horses all the time. it sucks, but, what can ya do.

Go to a retirement home, get a wheelchair and have a wheelchair race! The old poeple love it. Make sure you do it quick so you don't get caught. Wreckless driving ticket in a wheelchair isn't cool.
