From an artistic perspective, my favorite is Midway's ensign blowing in the breeze from her mainmast. I took that pic with my Blackberry! Cell phone cameras have come a LONG way!

But yeah, I agree - that flower display was impressive. But the camera didn't get the right shade of cornflower blue in those flowers that I remember.
