At the end of January 2017, a lolita named
Charlotte from another German lolita community
posted in a lolita group on Facebook that should would be in Munich on February 11, 2017 and asked if local lolitas would like to meet with her.
- I did not know her, but of course I wanted to meet her! So I contacted her over Facebook.
Our local community had a meetup on the same day. It was a not a normal lolita meetup,
but a special meetup for a non-lolita girl who wanted to make interviews and attend a meetup and write about it for school.
We both did not want to attend, so I asked Charlotte about her interests and created a program for the day:
- museum "Mensch und Natur" (museum "human and nature", the natural history museum)
- taking pictures in the park of Schloss Nymphenburg
- eating at Cafe Mozart
Unfortunately, none of my lolita friends could attend. So I was very happy
that
Mindlessblahs from my local lolita community
contacted me over Facebook because she wanted to attend. ;)
At the museum
There was a problem with the trains, so I was late. ;_;
Luckily, Mindlessblahs had already found our guest Charlotte and I met them at a department store at central station.
We went to the museum together by tram.
The ticket for the museum was only 3,50 €.
For pupils and students it is cheaper or even free entry (depending on the school).
We took our time to watch all the exhibitons about genetics, animals, minerals and foods around the world.
And of course we tried all the "interactive" quizzes. ;)
This counter tells the total number of humans on the earth and is counting up all the time:
The museum was not mainly about dinosaurs, but the souvenir shop sold this
sand mold in the shape of a dino (10 parts for 4,70 €). What a great idea!
I had never been to the museum before.
The museum is small and nice, but the interior and the concept felt "old".
We went to the nearby
park of Schloss Nymphenburg
for taking pictures.
A nice stranger took a group picture of us with the castle in the background.
Maybe you have already seen it on my
instagram...? ;)
We also took individual pictures without the coats:

You can see a closeup on her
instagram.
I had chosen a simple and comfortable outfit:
Cutsew:
Maxicimam
Skirt:
Bodyline (JSK modified into a skirt)
Tights
Teja Jamilla
Shoes:
Rieker
Then we went to the cafe by tram.
I have been to
Cafe Mozart several times in the past.
I like the interior and that they have different kind of foods: snacks, cakes and full meals.
I ordered a burger with french fries.
I spent a wonderful day with these lovely ladies, thank you very much!
I also find it great that it is possible within the lolita community to contact another lolita
from a different city or even a different country and spend a nice day with "a stranger".
