Creative fair, February 2017

I went to the Creativmesse (creative fair) on February 25, 2017 together with Kaninchenherz and teaspoon-and-candy.
Kaninchenherz wrote a blog post, too.
The creative fair is about do-it-yourself and crafting.
The ticket costed 9 €, the cloakroom costed 2 €.

The fair used 2,5 halls of the M,O,C trade fair center.
According to the data of the creative fair, 20.000 people attended the creative fair in 2017.

We attended the creative fair for the first time, but it was not the first issue.
Before going, we checked the list of workshops in the website of the creative fair. Some of the workshops seemed to be intended for very unskilled people, so we were a little bit sceptical about the fair...
But in fact, the creative fair was very nice!

There were a lot of stalls with crafty items like yarn, stamps, buttons, brushes, ink, items for making jewelry, soaps, fabrics, ribbons, stickers, ...
There were also some related items like household items from olive wood, bags, flower bulbs (Blumenzwiebeln), books and clothes.
There was an area with food stalls. I remember that they had coffee and sweet food.

We were of course very happy to see many yarn shops ^_^

My shopping haul

1. glutenfree Italian cookies from Elka's Spezialitäten (100g - 4,50 €)
2. owl stickers from ideen mit herz / Kreativmarkt Bielefeld (1 €)
3. crafting items from Feestje-Enzo / Pakjes-Enzo (4,75 €)
4. a scarf for spring from Niro Textil (5 €)
5. colorful stitch markers from Tausendschön (1,75 €)
6. a kitchen knife from AF Tool (9 €), brand reads "Othello Ritter Solingen"

I liked the creative fair very much and would totally go again there next year!
Also, the air condition did a great job, the air was nice and the halls were not overheated.
My outfit was very simple and comfortable, but I liked it a lot.
