check out this momma's mullet herefalse alarm on the weight gain - it musta just been a bad water retention day, or i've already evened out... i pretty much stay within a 6 lb range - almost no matter what i eat - thanks to that surgery, and i'm within that range again. so though i do want to eat more carefully and focus on protein like i should
