Hugging this character: If you're not family or a really really close friend, expect to get a concussion as he'll probably headbutt you.
Kissing this character: Kisses on the cheeks are normal greetings in Italy, but at the same time, he has more of a hang-up concerning personal space than the majority of his citizens. He'll probably try to damage you if you randomly smooch him.
Flirting with this character: Only if you've got boobs He is usually quite a flirt with women, and if your character looks/acts like a woman, he'll probably flirt back with a good amount of heated expressions.
Fighting with this character: Um, you can fight him if you really want, but he'll probably just run away.
Injuring this character: This is absolutely acceptable, barring severe mutilation and missing limbs. Stabbities and broken bones are fun, though.
Killing this character: Killing half a nation hardly seems feasable, but whatever lets go, bro. We'll talk about it first, though.
