Southport killings, update, Rwanda not Syria.
I may do another post before midnight. It is almost 2 pm here now, just a mile from the Northern Irish border. Merseyside Police stated that the killer in the Southport attacks is not a Syrian/Palestian/Jordanian. He was born in Cardiff. Moved with his Rwandan family to Southport - Ali Al Shakati is not a Rwandan name. His sensei was Chico Mbakwe
