Is Talahon hate speech? Or accurate?

Rare that I learn a new word at my age but I did this morning. I dislike the "Guardian", so woke that I feel like washing my eyes after glancing at it, but a pal in Iowa sent me a link. Apparently "Talahon" is a German word. A group of hostile young men, of immigrant appearence. I dislked the term "raghead", it smacked of poor white trash. Ireland
