At this point I'll probably be going to Indy once a month to look for work myself. I'm not letting mine go though until I find a replacement. I found out though that my management skills are a moot point, nobody wants a manager that cannot drive, so I'm going to have to go with the bottom line.

I do feel for you though, we get tons of applications and we have to sort of play god and choose the people that we think based on what they write on paper might do the job the best. This is a tough market with a lot of competition.

But at this time you still have a job, and a decent paying one at that, and you are lucky enough to still manage to live on your own.

Awwwwww its ok Rona I'm in the same boat and my bill collectors are yelling at me too. I am sure you'll find someplace to work since you always sound like such a nice person.

me too... it sucks.... I spend my time doing odd jobs just to keep a float

but I agree.. don't feel to bad... in this down time.. jobs are hard to come by atlest (unlike some people) your trying
