I'm sorry. Lately I haven't been myself. I've been so out of it. The diet is stupid, I know that, and believe me, I love food.
I love food. I love food.
It's been a rough week and taking it out on myself is better than taking it out on those I love.

At 250# I not only felt huge, but was huge (I should be about 205#)
I can't diet because I am never home, I rarely eat a real meal.
So most often I just eat on the fly.
I was searching for answers on the internet and found an article called "Fit at any weight".
It talks about the issues with diets and how the diet industry is killing us.
It also talks about how the current idea of a perfect body is a fallacy created by fashion.
Instead of trying to lose weight it talks about eating sensibly and trying to set aside time to do exercise you enjoy. Look up the article its enlightening.
I personally do my Richard Simmons aerobics Monday thru Friday mornings ( I force myself to wake up early, yuch) and bike on the week end and then make sure I bring a good lunch to work. I only have dropped a few pounds but my body shape has changed and I feel a whole lot better about myself.
Give it a shot, it at least allows you to eat....
