well, that's just a name I gave them. It's actually really simple to make. 1 egg, 1 cup of flour and a pinch of salt for the dough. 1/2kg of sugar, a peel of orange and some water for the honey. You spread the dough til it's as thin as paper. Then you shape flowers using your finger, and dip them in oil for something like 20 seconds each side (while spinning). Then you just dip them in boiling bubbly honey. They're a dish we make here for New Years evening. It's origin (as claimed by my grandmother) is in Tunis. :D They are delicious.
