More korean food

We actually went back to the Korean restaurant tonight, because well- it was one of the best things I've ever had, and we were also invited by my host's korean girlfriend who works there.
I didn't think it'd be possible, but this time was even better.

Best steak I've ever had. It may not be Kobe beef, but at least I didn't pay 200$ for it.

The whole thing with this Korean restaurant is that they cook the meat on your table, that way its all hot and bubbly when you eat it, and you can also have it done just as long as you like. :D
Yeah no, raw meat ew...

Yeah, it's actually both more fun and delicious that way. But I can see your point. :P

Wow!

So, wait, is this in japan or in israel?

Unfortunately it's in Japan. :(

(But it's worth the 1200$ ticket in my opinion)

I've lived abroad in several different countries and visited japan once.

Unfortunately, I've never had korean food, but I did get to pass by several korean restaurants on occasion. All I can say is that the smell was simply tantalizing, and left me with a watery mouth and food-related dreams for a long time after.

I know there's one korean place in israel, in Jerusalem, but unfortunately they're Kosher, which
A) leaves me doubtful about the authenticity and fulfillment of the cuisine's potential,
and, B) means they're closed on weekends, which makes it a harder place to visit for a non-jerusalemite.

Oh, well. Thanks for the magnificent photos!
