Went to this training, lesson, thing yesterday with Ernesto Hoost.

Stir-fried Bucatinis (very thick spaghetti like pasta) with salmon, peas and onions. Served with a sweet chili sauce mixed with some honey.
Nothing special, I was just bored and felt like eating all of those things (I am fat, yes).

Attempt number gazillion at making Dango.
White ones are filled with White bean paste, and the brown ones- well, the dough is mixed with the paste.
Brown ones came out better, texture-wise. I think I should have left the white ones to cook a little longer, or um.. do something with them that I forgot. But they still had a more interesting taste than ( Read more... )

My kittens are absolutely adorable. They're cute and fluffy and they purr and meow happily when I spoil them, and try to kill play with each other all the time. It's better than lesbian space jelly porn, or something. :D

I must say, this was the best self-bought-birthday-present in the history of all self-bought-birthday-presents ever. <3

Tomorrow's my birthday. I'm thinking of going to eat in the Frame, but I don't really know who to go with. I mean, no one will come probably.
