today for shoulders i pushed myself pretty hard since i had my bro there today to spot me
military press -
set 1 - 135 / 10 reps
set 2 - 185 / 10 reps
set 3 - 205 / 6 reps
set 4 - 225 / 2 reps and a negative
this was followed by 55lb dumbbell arnold presses 3 / 12,8,6
then laterals to keel zem off
