Love this story! One picky little detail I need to mention though. The restaurant is not Lucy Woo, it's Suzy Wong's House of Yum. (Were you thinking of Lucy Liu?) Suzy Wong is a character from a movie so old I was too young to see it when it came out, called The World of Suzy Wong. (I think Suzy was a not-so-nice girl.) I am going to put this movie on my Netflix queue. Suzy Wong is also the name of an Asian drag queen. So say Che and his friend, and they would know. And, I don't know if you saw Che's FB post, he's kind of mad at Suzy. He went there hungry, found nothing vegan he could afford, "no substitutions" and $4 for a glass of iced tea.
