I strongly disagree... Ryan you remember how I drove when I was 16 and 17... I was a maniac before I got my two tickets and my license was threatened to be suspended. If it wasn't for my well-deserved speeding tickets I would still be speeding today and I could have hurt (or killed) myself or someone else. <3 Rach

Its my belief (and the belief professed in this article) that speed limits are appropriate only when enforced correctly. I think its unfair that someone going 80 on a clear and dry low-traffic sunday morning in the summer can be punished, while someone going 65 when it's snowing heavily can't be. If it were up to me I would have the highway speed limit continually adjusted (either raised OR LOWERED)to reflect the conditions or the road, and strictly enforce this limit.
