here, it's me

My mom's been vomiting something harsh these past few weeks. So, yeah. On top of pulling nine- to twelve-hour work days (which would be weird, considering only the supervisors and managers get 12-hour shifts, and I'm the only regular employee whose hours are up there), I'm sitting at my mom's place, babysitting Lawryn&Nas while she's in her room ( Read more... )

Man, that sucks! Go have yourself a nap as soon as possible and drink lots of liquids so that you won't get sick!

And don't worry, people on your f-list won't disown you if you don't comment on al their posts!

that's all I CAN do, though not really by choice. I come home and drop dead, and when I'm at work, I'm constantly drinking water and tea because my mouth gets dry frequently what with all of the talking I'm forced to do ("Hi/Hello/How are you? What size was that?/Can I get you anything else?/Would you like that warmed up?/Toasted?/Butter, cream cheese?/Is this to stay or to go?/Do you have a Borders Rewards card you'd for me like to scan?/Haha, I'm wondering myself when it'll get warmer out/No, I'm not available. Oh really?/Wow/Cool/You have a great day/Bye!") ALL DAY.

I really hope you guys won't! I love everyone on my flist, and I'd probably stalk ya'll if I could. jk

Your icon looks all worried for me, teehee!

I used to work in food service so I seriously do feel your pain about having to shove on a smile and serve consumers all day. Well some consumers, you just want to be like "Fuck you! I don't care what you want, you demanding tool!"

And Ron is always worried for Rupert fans, especially in my icon! hehe

lol. My supervisor gets that way, though she doesn't say that. She glares at them. It's pretty funny. I glare, but only when my back is turned.

I'm glad you haven't gotten too sick. As annoying as a stuffy nose it, it's much better than having to re-see all your stomach contents.

Ah the joys of rotting your brain watching TV. :P I find Freddy such a cutie on iCarly. He's rather adorable. Did you watch the episode with the First Kiss?!

I saw that episode. It was the first iCarly episode I ever actually paid attention to, as a matter of fact. Cute!

The Mighty B has definitely rotted my brain. But. I like recent cartoons. They've got a bit of adult humor to them.

I guess... you're right. I'd rather have my stuffy nose. I think I'd be traumatized for a while if I were to vomit. yuck.
